Bow Tie Pasta and Chicken

Chicken Breast (Baked, torn into bite size pieces) |

Bow Tie Pasta |

Sun Dried Tomatoes |

Chicken Broth |
- |
1/4 |

Dry White Wine |

Heavy Cream |
- |

Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese |
Instructions
- Bring large pot of salted water to a boil.
- While pasta is cooking, heat oil and sauté garlic until soft, about 5 minutes.
- Add chicken, basil, salt, pepper, and cayenne.
- Julienne slice or mince tomatoes, depending on preference.
- Add tomatoes to mixture along with the broth and wine
- Simmer approximately 5 minutes to cook off wine.
- Add Pasta
- Stir in cream and Parmesan.
- Note: If mixture seems too dry, add a small amount of pasta water or chicken broth
- Add cooked pasta and serve.
