Bow Tie Pasta and Chicken

Ingredients

Chicken Breast (Baked, torn into bite size pieces)

Cayenne Pepper

Bow Tie Pasta

Sun Dried Tomatoes

cup

Chicken Broth

-

1/4

cup

Dry White Wine

-

1/2

cup

Heavy Cream

-

1/2

cup

Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese

 

Instructions

    1. Bring large pot of salted water to a boil.
    2. While pasta is cooking, heat oil and sauté garlic until soft, about 5 minutes.
    3. Add chicken, basil, salt, pepper, and cayenne.
    4. Julienne slice or mince tomatoes, depending on preference.
    5. Add tomatoes to mixture along with the broth and wine
    6. Simmer approximately 5 minutes to cook off wine.
    7. Add Pasta
    8. Stir in cream and Parmesan.
    9. Note: If mixture seems too dry, add a small amount of pasta water or chicken broth
    10. Add cooked pasta and serve.
